The Alps Apartments

I have been an tenant at the Aps for 5 months and I can not say enough great things with my experience at the Alps. Javier is helpful, nice, and very responsive to any needs that arise. Lobby and hallways are always clean and well maintained. It's convenient and very appreciated that there's laundry facilities on each floor. Conveniently located in midtown kc. Highly recommend

As long as this property is owned by Del Properties, dont rent here. They forced many people out of the building during the height of the pandemic and the middle of the winter. They have scrubbed Google of past bad reviews and I wouldnt trust the current reviews as it seems to be employees writing the reviews. The buildings security is a joke and they have shown patterns of disregarding the safety of the tenants. I would be very surprised if they were successful removing all the bed bugs and cockroaches.

javier is very friendly and helpful. nice to have laundry on each floor. building was completely remodeled. pet friendly i toured a few styles before picking mine. i have chronic health illnesses and javier is always very helpful when i am hospitalized or stuck at the ER for hours.
