Westley on Broadway

My partner and I moved into the Westley on Broadway in November 2023 from Florida and were looking for an apartment. We were not able to see the apartment before our move because it was so quick, so we had to settle on something site unseen. The building had all of the amenities that we wanted. We were really excited when we moved in. There was a shift in the management after we moved in, and Ive had a great chance of getting to know the new staff over the past few months. Even though it was a bit of a rocky start, because they were limited on the resources they had, they have been committed to ensuring that each resident has a fantastic experience. Our apartment is beautiful with great appliances, incredible use of space, giant windows, and the amenities throughout the building are fantastic. Its also perfectly placed in the neighborhood that Im so excited to live in. Im looking forward to being here for a little bit and getting to know more of our neighbors now that events have kicked off.

Moved in March of 2023. Apartment feels like a different environment ever since Ave 5 took over. With the old Lincoln management It felt like things were ran really smoothly. Shy and Rosie really went above and beyond with keeping the place running great. It's very hard trying to get a hold of management with emails and phone calls. I haven't got any new notifications on the app ever since new management took over. Don't get me wrong the place looks amazing and the amenities are great. It's just a different environment now. (Also beware of break ins, wouldn't recommend leaving anything in plain sight parking in the garage).
