    Avoid backside of property, as it is unkempt and unmonitored, inviting lots of illegal activity, car break ins, massive littering, terrible pet owners, trashy element etc - no security or surveillance. Rampant wasp infestations which are extremely territorial and aggressive (nesting between spindles of balcony rails and breezeways) brown recluses always found in tubs or closets and light fixtures. Highly urge not living on 1st or 2nd floor units because the noise and vibrating ceiling from upstairs is unbearable and every step can be felt as well as heard. Management never resolves any problems, no promptness in response, and with no urgency, and certainly with no real intention to amend anything. Units are in poor condition, run down and kept up just enough to rent vacants. There are numerous serious maintenance issues that never get resolved ex. toilet leaks from upstairs in both bathrooms, moldy condensating windows driving $500/mo electric bills in summer, massive plumbing issues, smoke detectors constantly chirping, or full alarm sound for boiling water, etc. hard water, and mucky water heater closet. Gross.

    I do like my place, but I hate the fact that they they dont understand that people work different hours and they are not home when trash is being picked up. if people put their trash outside their pick up schedule, they will fine you 25 dollars. I would not recommend this place at all.

    DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There is a reason all of the poor reviews have so many thumbs up from other residents. The management of this place is just awful. They force you into valet trash which is $30 month, and then make it impossible to actually utilize. When you call the office, they explain that even though many residents have complained, theres nothing we can do. The company they use, Valet Living, also has terrible reviews from residents across the nation. Terrible companies using terrible companies. Cars get stolen and broken into CONSTANTLY! Ponds look great, but smell awful all summer. Goose and dog poop everywhere. Interior of the buildings are poorly maintained, even the so called renovated units. Wish zero stars was an option. Frank on the maintenance team is the only decent staff member to talk to.

    I would like to start by saying I never ever rate anything but I would rate a 0 stars if I could, stay far away from these apartments! Until they get management that was friendly and know what they are doing these are horrible apartments to stay at. As soon as we got the keys to our apartment everything started falling apart! Our balcony is rusted and tearing apart and pieces are gone from the balcony. The floor boards on the balcony make you feel like you are going to fall through it any minute. None of the bathroom fans worked. The carpet wasnt in the floor correctly and the Corner pieces were sticking out. The apartment seems great when you take a tour of them but living here showed just how careless they are about there apartments before renting them out. I will give it to them they have nice views of ponds but the amount of goose poop they let stay around there sidewalks is disgusting!! The apartments seem like a decent price but they will add 400 dollars extra for fees on top of your already agreed price as soon as you move in. I went to talk to them one day about possibly moving someone else in due to the other person that was supposed to be living with me moved out. They then made it a big deal (mind you I was never late on any payments and there money was handed to them on the 1st of every month) they then said I needed to be evicted due to me breaking contract of the other person moving out. They then threatened me with lawyers (too many times to count). Then they had the audacity to email me and give me notices on my door saying since I never paid my March rent I would have to face there lawyers. Any human would not pay the rent if there being evicted anyways cause the rent money is for the ENTIRE month of March not just 10 days like they stated I would need to be out by. For 1,400 dollars a month for a two bedroom two bath you expect a somewhat decent apartment with professional property managers. (I would also like to add if you plan on opening any of your windows in your apartment you wont like it here! All of them are rusted shut. Even talking to neighbors theres is also like that)
