Rena was the best manager ever ! Did her job & was always on top of sending out flyers, late rent notices even if you were 10 days behind. I really loved how on top of her job as a responsible manager was & if you were having financial issues she would always give you extra resources to look into . Wish she could come back really miss her

I am so sad that the manager Lisa Kutschman is no longer there I have been working with her on moving into Jefferson Manor for the past couple months, she was the most sweet caring manager they have had since I have been on the waiting list for 2 years. I have spoke with several other managers in the past and none of them were anything compared to Lisa. That place would be grateful to have her back in the office.

The lady in the office was very rude towards me because I am black I called to see what number I was on the waiting list and she would not tell me she got rude with me then so I call back two weeks later and she said she didnt see my name on the waiting list I believe she thru away my application. She told me I can come put in another application why so u can throw it away again Im very disappointed
