Terra was so helpful and answered all of my random questions. They have been renovating the apartments and they look amazing! Definitely recommend them and HIGHLY recommend Terra, she is so sweet!

I've had repeated issues with my heating and cooling. When someone finally arrived, they barely fixed it and of course I had to contact maintenance another 3 different times over the months for the AC and heat at the worst times for the weather. Finally, Tony came and knew what he was doing and repaired everything including failed parts and wiring. None of the other people even bothered and didn't even care as long as the heat was barely working. Great job Tony! I don't even want anyone else touching it besides him. 5 stars for Tony and Drue and 1 star for the apartment and the way it's run. Hopefully, the uptick in recent operations isn't their normal "band-aid" style of fixes. Willing to change the rating if I can see actual, meaningful and long-term changes.
