Plaza For Rent

Highly do not recommend renting from Plaza for Rent. After living there for 2+ years, when it was time for me to move out, they charged me $75 because I "didn't clean the shower door" specifically because it has "some specks on it." This was after I had spent an entire weekend cleaning the entire apartment. They also will charge you if you have any holes or normal wear and tear on your wall, but will also make you pay for the paint to cover it in the first place. Very scammy and they will do anything in their power to make sure you don't get your full security deposit back. Beware!

For the Plaza fountains property. I have lived in Kansas City and on the plaza for 3 and 1/2 years and I lived here for a year. Hands down this is the best property that I have lived in during my time in Kansas City. I am only moving because I am moving to another city. The apartments are newly renovated and well maintained. I have also not had issues with noise outside of what you expect with living in an apartment. The few times that I had maintenance issues or needed assistance from management, I got the help that I needed in a timely manner. It does not have fancy amenities like a lot of luxury apartments but for the price it cannot be beat. I have also never had issues with parking.

Just browsing plaza apartments website decide to call and inquire about 2 bed room townhouses ...the woman who answered the phone was very friendly and got the imfo i needed back to me in email very quickly answering all the questions I needed to kno ....looking to move to the plaza they are a great help
