        I have been a loyal.cusromer for 25 years. I filed a house claim on 7/15/23 for tree damage. They charged me two deductibles, made me break down the claim into each piece and price for each piece and I have personally called Chad every day this week with no response. No response to emails. I am waking in the night with anxiety about getting paid for this claim. My family and I feel ripped off. I reccomend State Farm. They don't give you the run around with claims and their insurance premiums are cheeper. Please do not use this agent. You Will be disappointed .
