    RE: Your response is not truthful. For weeks, we not only provided you with all the information needed but we also sent your insurance agents visual screenshots of the information that was needed. Blaming your customer is not a good look. A manager never did call us or contact us. Unacceptable customer service. Still waiting for a manger to call us. Always dealing with a new insurance agent. Mylo agents do not seem to be on the same page nor are they understanding to the needs of individual businesses. It is essential to respond in a timely manner to your clients. Provide clients with accurate COIs and not push them off to the different carriers instead to figure it out on their own. Get your insurance somewhere else. Mylo is a waste of your valuable time and hard earned money.

    One of their unprofessional agents almost sent my bank account into overdraft because he chose to charge my account for a whole year fee for my renter's insurance instead of of charging me monthly. As a mom who works with a budget, charging me a whole year without my consent is so unprofessional and unacceptable. Train your agents well so they don't put customers in debts

    We sent all needed medical insurance forms to Theresa Studebaker got a good rate so we switched. Now we are being told they didn't receive the forms so we resent them to safeco now they want to pro rate it for to not receiving forms right away.
