333 Rent

We moved from Colorado. While being 600 miles away made me nervous they were more than helpful. They answered all my questions, worked with us on everything. When we got to town we went to the office, signed the lease and picked up the keys. The house felt like home as soon as we walked in. Life hit us when we got here and they worked with us. Everything is square now and I highly recommend them to everyone. I can't imagine a better rental company. Thank you everyone. I'm adding to my review. They have a maintenance man named Brandon who is great. Don't get me wrong all of the maintenance guys we've dealt with have been great but we have had a slight water leak that no one else had found but Brandon found the problem and fixed it. In my opinion he went above and beyond to find the problem and then to fix it. I got home from work early and seen what he had to do and in my opinion he went above and beyond, got it fixed and was friendly and courteous with me. I hope he stays for a while.

The leasing agent was prompt and friendly, but the property was not in very good shape. The garage didn't have any insulation in it, so on a 60 day it was already really hot in there. The garage was the main reason I wanted to rent the house.
