Arvest Bank

The Springfield Arvest bank is so kind, courteous, and go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. But I can't, and won't say the same for their other branches. The one in Marshfield, and this one. This bank has a male manager, who is like their Marshfield counterpart, who is snotty, disrespectful, as well as thinks he's better, than you. Refused to sell me change bc I didn't have a business account. Lied to my face, saying it was a new rule, that when I asked my Springfield branch, they told me there was no rule saying that. Very judgemental, as well as discriminating. Bc of my dressing, as in wearing a flannel shirt, t shirt, jeans, with a goatee, and my hat on backwards, and that I only had a personal account, not a business account, I was refused business. So since they couldn't make money off me, and I wasn't dressed in a business suit, I was treated with disrespect, as well as looked down upon. It shouldn't matter how much money you got, or how you dress, to be treated as an equal, and not have someone lie to your face. I've been to many banks, and it sickens me how many of them act this way. I go to banks that I don't even have an account at, and get treated like I am a king. I am a person, I have feelings, I deserve to be treated the same way as anyone else, no matter how I dress, how much money I got, or if im asking someone to actually do their job. It's so sad to see how people treat each other these days. You take God out of everything, and then you take the morals out of everyone as well.

Have worked in banking for 35 years helped open 3 brand new banks. Mostly hometown.Feels good to go where you are appreciated as a customer. With all newest technologies.
