        False advertising on their "jungle fowl". Rest assured these birds are not jungle fowl. Even the pictures they use aren't junglefowl. They're all game bantams with a touch of jungle fowl. There is not a hatchery in north america that sells true jungle fowl and any one that claims to is 100% lying.

        Ordered bantnam chicks from them and within hour of arrival all had died contacted and got replacement chicks sent out only to have them either been died on arrival or die within the day

      Yes, we have fees. We have some of the best packaging and services implemented to give the shipment the best possible chance through the ever precarious USPS delivery system. We do not deliver to the local regional center. We personally deliver our shipments to the major USPS postal/airport (9 hour round trip for each load) with our climate controlled box trucks to make sure that part of the journey is safely done. Running 4 climate controlled box trucks, insurance, employees, etc is not cheap. Our shipping/Handling fees also provide for any heat packs, solid water gel and padding/nesting needed, it pays for the postage and box expenses and provides for the Cackle Hatchery safe arrival guarantee. We also take this same philosophy with our poultry breeding program to be superior in quality of poultry with a responsible priced chick.
