        First of all I would like to say I have a perfect driving record and have been withshelter for 3 years now but my monthly payment has never been the same and always fluctuated every month but this last month it jumped way up and I have been in the office multiple times and Kim seems to be to busy to talk to me or return any phone calls to explain
