        They need to remove water heater repair from their list of services, they sent an unqualified person to unsuccessfully diagnose and repair my water heater and have yet to rectify their mistake.

        After the last cold snap, our family was left with pipes frozen and then 4 broken spots. They were swamped with business and emergency calls but worked quickly to address our issues and get our water back on. They went above and beyond. We werent left with any hidden fees. This company is exceptional and highly recommended in the Lebanon/Eldridge area!

        Plumber showed up at my house on Friday and Tuesday and failed to perform the service they were asked to complete originally hired fore, then double charged for the service in the first place. Will not be using this company again.
