    They are obviously so clueless its frightening. Since Im on a fixed income, Ive elected to enroll in their budget billing. After a couple of years, I now owe them $430, and they just LOWERED my monthly payment $30. My conversation with a customer service rep was maddening as all I got was patronizing platitudes with zero substance. Its my job to figure out what the monthly payment should be and pay that additional amount each month.

    Bought a house 7 months ago. Old owners cancelled their amerigas service and y'all never picked up the tank. I was trying to be nice and make sure y'all got yalls property back but been getting the run around for 7 months. Sounds to me y'all dont like doing your job and has to sense of accountability. I bet y'all rip people off as well. Glad I'm not a customer. But I should start charging y'all rent to store yalls tank on my property.

    We have been trying to get our tank filled for over a month! I am furious! We called over a month ago to request a delivery and they said our account was in a closing process and it would be 24 to 48 hours to fix it I called back in 24 hours and scheduled a delivery nobody ever showed up. I then called back again and they couldnt give me any information as to why they didnt show up and they scheduled another delivery once again nobody ever showed up. Fast forward to a week later I called and the representative said once again our account was enclosure I said Ive never attempted to close our account and we went through the whole process again 24 to 48 hours before it would be reopened so I called back and scheduled an emergency delivery because at this point were now on 2%. Our delivery was supposed to be made within 24 hours and it never showed up so I called again and theyre telling me the same story once again I am done with AmeriGas
