When I arrived at Jackson Hewitt to prepare my taxes; I was greeted warmly and graciously by Gary. He had previously spoke with myself and his immediate supervisor, about the lengthy process it would be in order to help me file taxes for previous years missed; Gary reassured me that he could help with my unique circumstances. Gary made the hours of processing painlessly short by engaging me in meaningful conversation and showing genuine care and concern; not only as a customer of Jackson Hewitt's services; but, as a human being. I felt as if I were in the company of a friend and not a stranger crunching numbers. Thank you for everything, Gary! I hope that we're blessed to be seated with each other in the coming years tax preparation.

Everything was ok but didn't get my percentage off like I said I was supposed too been doing taxes with them for years had great customer service but the percentage off was a bummer probably going to go do it somewhere else next year
