        Very poor and unintelligent employees. Sign up for e-billing but they fail at that as well. They need to attend professional workshop. When asked a question they stammer instead of answering logically. The constant rate hikes need to be investigated as well. Poor business. Inept employees. Typical small town small mind complex

        If I could rate something less I would. Had to fight to have address changed to receive my bill and they still cant seem to get it right. Always have problems anytime I go in to talk with them. They always tell me one thing then the other person on the account something different and nobody there seems to want to be on the same page when it comes to giving information regarding anything on the account
