It’s unfortunate that we have to defend ourselves on a platform that allow just anyone to create stories And scenarios and post them as factual. I would go into detail about what really happened, but the bottom line is , the potential client was disappointed due to us not getting back to her within 24 hours. I’ve already apologized to the customer even after being told off and hung up on, at “hello”, while sitting in the ER dealing with a family emergency. I did explain this to the customer but I still understand her frustration. I did not attempt to give her incentive to give us another try for a few reasons. The main ones being the lack of Patience and understanding along with disrespect. I’ll take responsibility for the negative review for not being able to get back with her in a timely manner. But I stand behind our daily awesome customer service as well as our awesome services provided by our skilled team. I apologize again and hope you have a blessed evening.
