I was sold a Jeep that had serious issues after only 3 months while still under warranty. Parts to fix the issue were on back order with no ETA. I was told ETA could be months and my only option was to call Jeep myself and it was 6 days before I even received a call back from Jeep. I contacted my original salesperson to see if they would buy it back and help me get a safe vehicle. The big boss offered me a trade at a loss of $9,500. Max Motors had the chance to do the right thing and they did not. I do appreciate Trinnade but I will drive somewhere else for my future purchases.

Polite, friendly, and helpful. Although I feel that things like a key fob should be explained to the customer not assumed everyone knows especially the fact that auto start won't work if the check engine light is on. I do say they did a wonderful job of keeping me informed on my "missing" key fob. They tracked the part down and had me ready to go in a reasonable time.

Went and had an aliment yesterday and they tried to charge me an extra 80$ to straighten my steering wheel but that is done when the Alin the toe what a joke now have to go somewhere else to get it all done again and done right steering wheel should have been fixed with aliment u all should have done it right
