The best part was the young woman who answered the phone the evening I called to make the reservation and promised me a ground floor room at check in that somehow wasn't what the computer said but they managed to find me one. Continental breakfast, after day 1 we skipped it and went out to eat; so not worth the calories. Check out day three, no, how was your stay? No, is there anything we can do to improve your next stay? Not even a, please come again. The room was ok; I almost needed a step ladder to go to bed but overall, if the nicer hotel is full, I'd stay there again.

Clean, affordable and had all the basics one could need. It's older but in decent shape. Staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. Getting in and out of the parking lot is my only issue of location. It is in a decent area but the traffic during day hours makes it difficult to get into or out of depending which way you're going. I tried my best to go in the easiest direction and then turn around down the road.

I call to get information on a room and I am told to hang on and the guy at the front desk is talking to a customer and saying that these people ask a lot of questions. I am happy to take my business elsewhere. That is unacceptable and inappropriate business ethics.

The room at America's Best value inn is as expected. It was clean and appropriately furnished. The bed was a bit lacking and comfort but all in all it was a nice place. Management was very kind and accommodating and room attendants were nice as well.
