My experience with neighborhood Loan has been immaculate , Tim Irving and his partners has been a one. This is my second experience with Tim Irving and his partner. I would recommend neighborhood loans to anyone whos looking to buy their first forever home. Very professional and knowledgeable about her profession. Very joyful, friendly & trustworthy to work with. VERY good communication through out, Tommy and I had updates as they happened.
