All Star Appliance Repair

The people I talked to were nice enough, but this company just doesn't know how to get parts. In August 2023 I called them about my oven. They came out, looked at it, and determined they'd need to order parts. Fast forward to February 2024, they still had not acquired the parts. Frustrated with All Star, I called AB May. Within 2 weeks of first calling them they came out with the correct parts and fixed it up. Don't trust All Star, they'll jerk you around for several months saying they should have the parts soon but never getting them.

I normally don't leave reviews, unless the service is really good, or really BAD. I've dealt with this company two times now, and they didn't fix the refrigerator/ice maker, after paying a $125 deductible. I recently paid an additional $125 deductible to repair an oven, and the repair was never made. I highly recommend callling a reputable Company. It should be noted that they changed their name between these two service calls. (Buyer Beware)

Specifically requested them from my home warranty company due to a previous good experience regarding a different issue. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. Renee is accessible, responsive, and will work to ensure good service. Will plan to use them again if needed.

Filed claim with my home warranty company for issue with clothes washer, All Star Appliance was the assigned service provider. Very good experience; the technician Charlie was efficient and knowledgeable, and repair was promptly completed once ordered parts were available. I would definitely use them again for appliance repair.
