I'm going to give y'all the view of an employee at K&C, just in case you're wondering the quality you're receiving:
Our president scrubs toilets alongside us, he provides an abundance of opportunities for training, he pays 75% more than the national average for cleaners, he makes sure we have proper PPE, and he is certain that he responds to clients in a timely manner. Because of our amazing president, the employees of K&C genuinely love coming to work! We enjoy time with one another. Many of us have post-graduate education, but have taken this role because we believe so highly in the vision of the company president.
This being said, we treat your space as if every inch is worth a million bucks. We promise you that we would let our own children eat off your floors once we're done with them. I can personally tell you that I simply accepted this job because 1. I needed money. 2. The president had such a strong vision and positive attitude. Honestly, I plan on staying with this company for a long time. We are treated so well, so if you want to support a small business that values it's clients and workers, support K&C!!

First time using a cleaning company. I shopped around and I wasn't able to afford many of the companies offering regular service. When I found K&C, they were affordable and the work done was amazing! I can actually afford for them to come out twice a month!
