I am visiting Kansas City for my Grandmothers funeral and needed to have some clothing dry cleaned. I looked up the dry cleaners closest to me and Foster's Cleaners came up. They advertised in by 9am out by 6pm, perfect because the funeral is tomorrow Tuesday Morning! Well not so perfect! I arrive around 8:40am and I am confused because the sign says Pride Cleaners NOT Foster's!? I go inside and speak with the young lady at the counter. I ask am I in the right place and ask about Foster's? She says yes we bought them out last May. I responded well it would be a good idea to update the website, she said yes it would be but they refuse too. I responded that's bad business practice and not fair to the customers who think they are getting something they are not. I then give her my information and clothes when she tells me the total and says they will be ready by tomorrow at 5pm??? Excuse me? The website says in by 9am out by 2pm. She says we don't do that and that is not our website. I responded well you all bought them and took over there space. Without bothering to remove or update their website. Why wouldn't you honor that and keep your customers? We can't she said, I said you can't or you won't? She she well we won't! Then she says so are you paying or I can void this! I picked up my clothes and comforter and left no words needed. There were a few others words on her part, I left. I then returned for the General Managers information.

I took in a suit jacket and two ties in for dry cleaning. The jacket was fine but they neglected to dry clean my ties. At first I thought maybe they couldn't get the stains out, but then I bought a Woolite home dry cleaning kit and the stains came out no problem. The only thing I can figure is that Fosters had a problem with my ties being Trump brand ties. They're really expensive and I trusted Fosters to restore them, but they are obviously biased against a conservative customer base. I will continue to use Woolite and not waste anymore money with these losers.
