      image Loathe them, wish I could give no star. Charged my account over $200-I fought it but the sumbeaches then put it as a collection on my credit report?!! I *literally* only asked for a quote Been years ago now-but that nasty, hurtful memory has stayed. Horrible, *horrible* company they were to me-like T-Mobile.

      image I have been w/Farmers for 1 year. Insurance went up a LOT upon renewal. I was very unhappy with my other agent so I walked into J Robert Atkins Agency and asked for their help. Robert sat with me and went over all my current policies with Farmers. Was able to change some things and lower my premiums a little and changed agents. This agency experience is miles above the other one. Thank you Robert and your 2 office assistants for you very kind, attentive and professional help!
