We are so sorry that we cannot accept every case and that it takes time to review the underlying facts before we can decide whether or not we will take on a potential client. We do our best to counsel our clients about the delays inherent in the system, and because we did not accept your case, we did not have that discussion with you. I, again, am so sorry that we could not accept the representation, but please understand that negative reviews from people we do not actually represent—and never did represent—potentially hurt our business. To the extent you feel did not get enough communication from our office during the evaluation process, I personally and wholeheartedly apologize. We never want anyone to feel that they have reason or need to leave us anything but positive feedback.
