My child school used this company for their Senior portraits. My son had to retake his picture because the woman positioned my son in unnatural positions because he wears glasses. When we complained to them about it we were told it is what it is, and thats how the boss wants the lights. This was over the summer, just recently theyve been trying to have us pay more money for us to get the images fixed. Now after numerous emails months later their response is Maybe you could let someone else help you. And have refused to continue helping me with the pictures. Not only am I out the money, which I dont care about, Im out having my sons most important picture, his Senior Portrait. I wish the school would look into companies a little better than picking one who charges the district cheaper pricing for them.

My child's school used them for school pictures and I wish they would just use Dice photography or anyone else. Pricing is high. I ordered a package for a price and thought it was for 2 5x7s and 8 wallets. Turned out to be only 2 5x7s. So, I ordered an 8x10 for a ridiculous amount as well as shipping only to get an email confirmation and card charge but still have yet to receive it. Emailing them and the only thing they tell me is that it was shipped and all sales are final. I want my picture or a refund. What a crooked place. NKC Schools... STOP USING THIS COMPANY!!

Worst pricing on pictures ever!!!!! Who pays 15 dollars for one sheet on paper!!!!! There is way other better picture companies out there that are cheaper and get you more photos. I will never purchase school photos again as long as my kids are in school and they use this company.

We and our school did not use Roland Studios. I just received a text message that I only had two days left to review the gallery photos. It looks like they entered the wrong phone number because it must have been going to the correct one if they're finally down to 2 days, I've never received texts before from them. I tried to call to get that straightened out so that the people who need to see the gallery actually get the text. But nobody picks up. I can't use the form because it requires you to have a confirmation number which we don't have. Very bad website design Oh well, i tried..
