I am in the real estate business for over 40 years and I must say from start to finish I was so very impressed by Mr. Barnes appraisal of our home! His price was amazing also compared to all the other appraisers we called and he was available the quickest!

David was prompt, courteous, and knows about our local residential real estate values. His report was detailed and thorough. Overall a very pleasant experience, highly recommend him for his depth of knowledge, and expertise.

David did an appraisal on a property that I purchase. He did not see shingles sliding off of the roof, that are clearly visible from standing in the back yard. As well, a softball size hole in the soffit filled with mud dauber wasps. This kind of this is more and more common. They just fill out a premise form and dont even pay attention. When I call to talk to him about it, I asked him if he could come out and look at it again, just to show him how noticeable it was, he said I have other costumers on the line, I dont have time for this. Just want money for nothing. Plus he works for the VA, treating veterans like that is unacceptable.

Asked David to appraise a house on very short notice, he stopped by late the following day and pulled it off. Reasonable price and provided the necessary paperwork!
