We recently sold our home where we have lived for 35 years. Alex took care of everything including drone photos of the property, professional interior shots, and lots of paperwork. We received regular updates. He sought our input on everything and made it clear that we were making the decisions, but never failed to offer invaluable suggestions when requested. It was shown to 3 parties the first afternoon it went on the market. 2 offers were made well over the asking price that day. Closing was uneventful. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Alex for anyone's real estate needs.
