Banana Republic

I attempted to return some items I received as a gift. The woman who took my return rolled her eyes and I overheard her telling another worker that it isnt even in a bag (due to receiving the items as a gift). I was then met with a rude, rushed and dismissive explanation that I couldnt return the items there because they were purchased from a factory store. I will not be returning to this location, or the galleria, again due to the apparent lack of customer service and support employees are held standard to.

Great place to find suits and they've renewed their sale approach and items. It now resembles a higher end boutique. Really nice!

Every time I go in to a banana Republic store, they always seem to get where Im coming from. As a bigger shopper, they seem to get what looks good and why it looks good on me. Selim Was no exception. He was there to assist in any capacity, and was genuinely interested in why we were shopping. Although not my first great experience at a banana republic store, just another example of how well their employees know their clientele. If my wife wasnt nagging me, it wouldve been a perfect five. Highly suggest go see Selim!
