        We engaged anchor back in 2014 for web development. We paid a good chunk of change and in return we got a website that did not work. AT ALL. None of their people could figure it out because they outsourced everything overseas and the code was a complete pile of garbage. Not even our seasoned engineer could make sense of it. Nothing was fixed or resolved. In business, sometimes you get screwed and you have to suck it up and move on. I hadn't thought about this in a long time until I recently saw Anchor's CEO, TJ Kirgin pop up in a disturbing local (and now national) news story. If you Google his name, you can decide for yourself what to make of that.
