This review is more for 3 years ago so with the benefit of the doubt the staff may be different at the branch...back then they were a nightmare, lies and lack of customer service to say the least...but I'm posting this now because although I let it go back then, corporate has been calling my friend (now 3 years later) saying the original money wasn't paid...I paid it off for her in person after they repo-ed her vehicle and I have the bank statement to prove it....when we told them this, they said "whoops we must've forgotten to mark it paid"....hmmm ok so you waited 3 years, then called to collect? Makes no sense...not sure if they're looking to extort more money beyond their insane interest rates or they're just incompetent. I have a long list of reasons to go elsewhere, but that is our experience...I cant speak to the current status of the Joe branch, seems that most have a good experience now...perhaps only corporate is a mess these days.
