To say this was the best experience my husband and I have ever had selling a house is an understatement! Christian overdelivers, he is professional, strategic, knowledgeable, reliable, and fun. Who knew that selling a house could be enjoyable and stress-free! Christian has a deep understanding of the local market, both from his experience as a realtor and from the research he does. His insights are incredibly valuable! He pays attention to the details and anticipates potential issues, navigating around them. This allowed us to steer clear of any issues during the process, keeping things moving quickly. Christian also provides exceptional service! Throughout the entire process Christian was very open and responsive. He communicated all options to us, giving us the pros and cons of each option, letting us decide how to proceed.
