My mother hired this company to clean out the basement, in order to begin work for the houses foundation . However, Joshua apparently has not paid the set fee for the dumpster and the sanitation company will not take it away until that fee is paid, and then theres the fee of how much everything weighs on top of that. It is my mothers understanding that when she paid almost 900 dollars for the entire job, the dumpster charges were to be included, and that there are to be no further charges. So far, Joshua has not paid for said dumpster. Now my mother may have to pay an additional 500 dollars to what she already paid. My advice? Find another company.
