They were very professional every time we had to contact them for questions!! Honestly we had the best team backing us the entire time. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone. We felt welcomed the entire time.

The First American in St Joseph does exceptional work. Even on short notice

Buyer beware. I personally confirmed appointment two day prior after the lender confirmed it also. Showed up to the appointment and was told it was changed, and they couldn't close today. This place even had the nerve to argue with me on this loudly in there lobby. They wasted 5hrs of my time jacking around blaming the lender and everybody else instead of just doing there job, the closing. Would not recommend. One star is two to many. Tried to hurry all the signed documents like it was a NASCAR race. Will never use this place again, sad they treat repeat customers like this.
