Expo at Forest Park

Enjoyed staying at Expo at Forest Park! Great amenities, atmosphere and ambiance. Doug was very hospitable and always made sure everything was taken care of. He made the move in and move out process as seamless as possible.

Have been living at Expo since early May and have enjoyed it so far. Recently I had an issue in my apartment that seemed like it would get worse before it could get better. Luckily the leasing managers (Doug, Adrienne, and Victoria) were able to work with the building's service team and gather outside companies/resources to detect the issue. Once the issue was detected they worked quickly and diligently to get it resolved. While throughout the process they kept me updated as to what was going on and once the situation was resolved they even lifted my garage fee as a complimentary for the inconvenience.

I moved into this building in April 2023 and have had a great experience. Building is new and the pool and other amenities are fantastic, not to mention Starbucks opened on the ground floor in November. All of the building staff is friendly and professional, but Doug (leasing) & Jody (maintenance) have both gone above and beyond on several occasions and deserve a special shout out. The building is well maintained and cared for and the location is perfect for walking to Forest Park or quick access to other parts of the city. Neighbors are friendly and I feel safe walking my dog in the neighborhood. So glad I chose to move in here.

The leasing office has a really bad service. They dont even care about your thoughts, and their management is totally terrible. Also, they should improve the employee training. I wont live here anymore.
