Claude's Auto Services is the most unprofessional and upsetting car experience I have ever had. I brought my car in for battery problems, my windows would not roll down, the blinkers were not working, and I had an imminent danger light on. All of these issues were passed along verbally over the phone. I was charged $75 for them to jump my battery and claim everything was fixed. They "test drove" my car, which essentially means it starts, moves forward, and stops. Because when I received it all of the issues were unfixed besides the fact that my car could move forward. I was told the mechanic "didn't even think to try the blinkers" when test driving. The multiple phone calls I had were infuriating and unprofessional. "Going above and beyond" was how he described diagnosing the problem. As a car mechanic that is your job. They also refused me any diagnostics or notes taken about my car. I was then given the option of a $1050 charge for them to actually fix the issues. I did not take this offer and when I picked up my car at night the passenger's side door was left unclosed with my keys on a tire. This place takes jobs they cannot fix. If you need anything done that is not a simple job, DO NOT GO HERE.
