        Customer service is on par with Walmart or the DMV. Does not return phone calls. Unfriendly, will treat you like an inconvenience. Long turn around time for get your returns back. I get the impression that the business manages her instead of her managing the business. I had higher expectations of professionalism for a CPA - If your return is important to you I suggest going elsewhere
