        After being referred to Kathy's office and several promising initial new client meetings, I regret to say I've not had a good experience post-filing of the tax return. I've requested an explanation of our tax return via several phone calls and emails, none of which have been returned. Once I finally managed to get ahold of someone and was told an explanation would be provided, one was not. Now I am finding out through our initial referral, that we did not provide our prior year taxes (not true) nor that we received the refund we did the prior year (also not true). I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication or response.

      It is most unfortunate that Miss Seidel did not get the answer. She wanted in the timeframe she expected. At the time she picked up her tax return the differences were explained to her, and the problems were explained to her. If Miss Seidel had been slightly more patient before going public with this she would have seen the extensive analysis I did as soon as I could after tax season. I sent the analysis to her twice. Unfortunately, I did have a mistake in the email address and she did not receive it. As soon as that was discovered, I resent the analysis to her a third time. And yes, we did have two lengthy meetings prior to tax return preparation with free consultation on inheritance issues and tax issues. that is my standard practice for clients. I provide consult to them whenever, and however needed to the best of my ability. And sometimes it just requires clients to be a little patient when it’s in the last days, a Tax Season to get some answers to the questions.
