Ben started as a tenant of mine over 20 years ago. I have used him to do my personal and business returns. I changed to another accountant for two years but had to change back. I am disorganized. Ben is organized and on time and guides me every year. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I tried doing my own taxes on Turbotax. I had Ben do them the same year. He more than paid for himself. I have enjoyed working with Ben and highly recommend.

I would give this a 0 star but google doesn't allow me to. I was serviced one time for my personal tax return preparation many years ago (about 15 years ago, I still remember it as it's not fair for me), after hearing from Banjamin about how he would charge me, I decide not to do business with him. He charged me 300$ for 30 minutes talking with me, saying that he has spent one hour, that's the most expensive accountant I have met around the world. Why didn't he tell me at the beginning when we were on the phone to set it up that there is a charge before I and my wife wasted my time driving there and talking to him?
