We are a very happy tenant. We have recently renewed our lease; renting from them has been a dream come true. We have been in business since 1992 and after having a series of slum lords, we moved into our current location. Intelica worked with us to meet all our needs and they stayed true to the contract. We have been amazed, the parking lot is meticulously maintained year-round; snow removal, salt, and the maintenance has been incredible. Speaking of maintenance, whenever we call, they are usually at our front door before we hang up the phone. We cannot say enough positive things with our experience with them. Highly recommend Intelica.
