I work for Overhead Door Co of St. Louis. Until yesterday I had never used Superior Equipment before. Right from the moment I 1st called and spoke with Angela on Wednesday, she gave me her full attention, listened to my questions and concerns and promised she would pass along my info to have someone call me back as soon as possible. Which she did! I received a call from Matt, the Service/Operations manager. I proceeded to tell him our issues and asked if this was something he could help us out with. He said yes absolutely, to send him as much information as I could to him and he would get things going. Later that same day, he messaged me that someone would be by the next day to get eyes on our equipment. That somebody was Jeremy! He showed up, surveyed our issues, loaded up our lift and took it to their shop. I was thinking probably a couple of days at best. Nope, had it back to us in about 4 hours and working great! He made sure we were satisfied with the repair and then loaded up the other lift to take back to the shop and repair as well. Dropped it off 1st thing this morning and I couldn't be happier! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A COMPANY LIKE THEIRS! Can't thank you all enough! I really appreciate everything you did for us to keep us up and running! YOU GUYS ARE NOW MY GO TO FOR SURE!

Easy to find. Employees were friendly. Even security was happy to help me with directions and my electronics for recycling. Nice and clean

My A/C unit stopped working on a day that the temps were going to be in the 90's, and I had bronchitis to top it off. The temperature in my house was quickly approaching 80 degrees. I called Superior Equipment Company that had been recommended to me. Within an hour the technician was at my front door. I told him the unit was still running, but it had stopped blowing cold air at some point in the middle of the night. He went downstairs in the basement to check that part of the unit and said everything looked good. Then he went to the outside unit and came back with a motor in his hand. He showed me the burnt wires and said sometimes the motors just go bad. He said he had the same motor in his work truck and he would have it up and running within no time. He was very friendly and efficient. There hasn't been any issues with my A/C unit since. The cost was very reasonable as well. Thank you SECO for saving me from what would have been a hot miserable day.
