Terra Nova Builds

We did a high-end finished-wall and floor garage addition/workout space with Terra Nova Builds, and we are so pleased with our experience from start to finish. From the initial estimate meeting for the project to the finishing touches at the end of the project, we had the best experience. Shawn was the absolute most communicative project manager ever. His weekly emails that outlined what had been done the week before, what was planned for the upcoming week, as well as what was pending were so helpful in making us feel in the loop and understanding the progress. There was never any frustration when there were gaps between sub-contractors because we were always "in the know" regarding the schedule due to Shawn's excellent communication. If we had questions, Shawn responded immediately and was ALWAYS available to have a quick chat when needed. The sub-contractors they chose were all of great quality and did great work! Barrett did a wonderful job keeping the job site clean EVERY day. All of our neighbors commented on how clean they kept the work site. We are so happy with our garage addition. I would say the cost was as expected and any budget changes were well-communicated and discussed and agreed upon. The quality of the addition is sure to add value to our home, and we are so pleased with the space.

Their customer service was wonderful! And even though we decided that now wasn't a good time to proceed with our kitchen and bathroom renovation, Adam and Ashley helped us visualize how we could break down a major project into smaller pieces. They are great people, and I'd highly recommend reaching out to get a quote! You'll come away better informed about how to proceed with your project now or in the future!
