Found a Gem. Patient education is extremely high here! Denise is extremely knowledgeable. Mona is easy to talk to. This is a multicultural office that works well in small spaces. The front of the house (receptionist) are easy on the eyes; the most poised and helpful being the woman in glasses, sitting closest to the wall. Id keep this service provider to myself but they deserve to be booked for the year.

My crown fell out and I visited this downtown office. The front desk receptionist was very polite and professional. The tech never introduced herself. She took X-rays. The dentist came in, introduced herself. She recommended that I have a new crown and said there wasnt enough tooth to rebuild and use the crown that fell off. No problem, I asked that she submit a predetermination to the insurance to ensure coverage. In the meantime, she asked the tech to temporarily cement in my original crown. During the process, the tech positioned the crown on my tooth and asked how did it feel. I advised the tech that it didnt feel like it was sitting right, she said she didnt know why since all she was doing was putting it back in. She went ahead and temporarily cemented it in without attempting to first make an adjustment. Needless to say, it felt awful. Originally, I figured Ill just wait since I had an appointment in two weeks to have my crown replaced. But it was grinding my bottom tooth and I couldnt chew well on the opposite side. No need in returning because , it fell out and felt like something cracked. It wasnt the best experience.
