Im telling you, they will roll out the red carpet for you starting from the front door with exceptional customer service support from Ms. Donisha, all the way to the shop where it goes down with Mr. Ced! If youre ever in need of any repairs, its worth booking a load to St. Louis for just regular maintenance, talk less of a break down its worth it!!! This is a family owned company that took our unit in on a Friday evening, and had a new clutch & a flywheel installed by Tuesday- dropped the transmission 2 xs to guarantee customer satisfaction! I made several calls, and everywhere else told us 2-3 weeks for any repairs. BUT GOD!!! They literally worked us in, and understood that we were not from the area, and wanted to really help, and minimize our stay in the hotel, and get our unit back up & running so that we could make some money!!
