This review is speaking purely to lack of response and concern to issues that we are having with our system less than one year after having it installed in the fall of 2022. The rotors in one area are spraying constantly (minimum of 3 hours watering time if we want the other areas of the yard to get sprinkled). We called hoping to have the issue addressed quickly since they had just come out for yearly maintenance and system turn on and the technician said he had fixed the issue he found with those heads. NO SUCH LUCK! We have been told TWO WEEKS is the absolute soonest anyone can come, in the meantime to go buy sprinklers to manually water the grass, and just keep the back flow valve turned off to prevent the water from free flowing. It makes a person really glad to have spent around $8000 on a sprinkler system only to be told to go manually water the lawn and well get to you as soon as we can. Guess Im off to by sprinklers that will (fingers crossed ) be of no use to me in 2 weeks. Ill keep you updated as things go. Update: After posting this review I received a call from the main office on the 26th and a technician was able to come out the same day. Jorge was our technician that day and he was a Godsend and deserves 5 stars on his own for his knowledge and dedication in getting our system up and running. He ended up correcting several issues that he found and everything was running great when he left. Im so grateful not to be losing sleep, literally and figuratively, over our water system anymore, especially since we have a new baby and we dont get to sleep much already. After still getting up to monitor it over Labor Day weekend I think the system is good to go as it has been continuing to turn on and off as it should in all the zones. Anyway, Jorge, you are a shining star and have our thanks!

I called to get an estimate to replace a backflow shut off valve that had blown out over the winter. They were courteous and professional but their estimate was literally 2.5 times higher than estimates from three others. I could be wrong but I'm guessing our Town & Country location led to the ridiculous bid, since this was the only company that asked for my address before providing the estimate.

First time using Professional Irrigation Systems for Winter Blowout. Customer Service over the phone was pleasant and I like the follow up emails with details regarding my service. Technician was early for the appointment. No waiting around which was great for my schedule. Very happy I called them for our sprinkler service
