Roof STL

Bryan is a man of his word and very professional. He responded to phone calls, text and emails in a timely manner and his prices are unbeatable. My roof was put on in one day and they cleaned up well. I would definitely recommend giving him a call.

Here is my new roof that Roof STL installed on my property. Stay away from this company. Don't be fooled by some alleged warranty. I didn't ask for excuses, I want my roof fixed!

I would not use this guy. He took my deposit February 2016 gave me run around till July 2017 hasn't responded or gave me my deposit back. He can say all he wants but bottom line is he took my money and never touched the roof. The Roof STL response is a joke.......and BTW I paid almost 3 times what you quoted from a real roofing company that actually did the work.

Roof STL has come through twice for us when we had tree branches pierce the roof. This last time they were out the same day and made the repair for a very reasonable price. The next time I need a complete roof, they will be number one on my list to call.

I am not normally a reviewer, but Bryan was so rude and unprofessional that I feel compelled to warn others who are just trying to get some work done on their house. If you do hire him, don't be surprised if you're disrespected and threatened and end up dealing with questionable workmanship and a delayed project schedule. He and his "crew" of teenage sons were paid by me for 90% of the job then out of the blue he sends me a rambling, angry and insulting text on a Saturday morning at 8am telling me to get someone else to finish the job unless I pay him upfront to come back and finish the last 10%. I paid him within 48 hours of receiving every invoice for the work that was completed and I tolerated all his excuses for why he couldn't show up to work when he said he would (truck trouble, houseboat leaking, etc.), so I had no idea what his problem was. I guess he wanted cash on the spot. When I asked for materials receipts, he complained, even though I told him from the beginning I required this documentation for this rehab project. He even threatened to sue me if I didn't pay him. It was laughable and sad, really. I hired Bryan on the recommendation of one of the reviewers on here (who is also his friend and gave him 5 stars) to install new windows in a historic rehab. Bad idea. In the beginning, Bryan told me the job would take him 30 days. Three months later I'm left finding someone else to fix his mistakes and finish the job.
