        The staff is amazing here. We held the annual BNI Mid America Awards Gala. There were over 300 people and the everything moved swiftly and orderly. My company DJed the event and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! I definitely recommend their services. Happy to have been a participant!

        It's your standard modernized Holiday Inn, rooms have a fridge/microwave/coffee and the beds are nice. Didn't interact with the front desk much but from what I did they seemed nice. Safety: Seems like a safe area. Food & drinks: Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we were here, but the bar was good. Drink prices seemed in line with what I'm used to. There is also a steak n shake in the parking lot.

        Had a reservation at another hotel. My reservation was cancelled and they failed to let us know until we went to check in. Called to ask if they had any availability. I Was trying to be calm and polite, however the lady I spoke with kept interrupting me and did not allow me to speak or even ask my questions of if she knew if there was other availability in the area. Disappointed in the service, I understand the frustration with the situation of the influx of people because of the eclipse, however there is no need to treat people with disrespect.
