Irreco

I've used Irreco for 3 years now and have had nothing but a great experience. They always text/call when they are on their way, they are always on-time and have even fixed piece of my sprinkler system (minor) without charging. That's how it should be, and that's how you keep a loyal customer. They installed my sprinkler system 3 years ago, overseed, etc. Great service and I appreciate them!

Irreco did a great job on my new retaining wall. Their crew of Julian and Milton were hard working and detail orientedeven in the 90 degree heat! The supervisor, Ilisio (sp?), was also responsive. I was extremely satisfied.

We have a challenging lot out in the hills of St. Charles County. We knew we needed a company that wouldn't quit on us because the terrain here is not friendly. Irreco went above and beyond for us. We did irrigation, stone edging, sod, and a fire pit built into our hill. While all of those are just incredible, it was the lighting recommendation that really changed our property. It created such a backdrop and added safety to our dark lot while highlighting so much of what we like to look at in the daylight. Aaron, Jason, and Rebecca were great with the overall design and Eliseo and his crews delivered top notch work. We still have more to do but the foundational change they made is simply incredible. Can't say thanks enough!

Be very careful!! They will charge you for thing there have already been paid to do. They came out to my house Thursday afternoon to open my system and check all my sprinkler heads were working correctly. I came home that night to see a sprinkler head sticking up. I called them. No response. The next day I took a picture and emailed it and my concern that they did not properly check all my sprinkler heads. No response again. The coming Tuesday I called. They told me to spray cooking oil on it. They totally missed the fact that I paid them to open my system and check ALL my sprinkler heads were working. They offered to send some one the 7 miles to my house to look at it and warned it would cost $20. I approved the $20 fix. Well well well. They sent me a $67 bill!!!!!!! Shame on you!!!!! This is called bate and switch!! I will pay you the $20 I approved.

I worked with Jake M. At Irreco. He was great to work with! Please see photos of the before and after. A tree came down on my yard and we were able to start from scratch. We received four bids and Irreco was by far the most competitive. I was pleasantly surprised throughout the process with the communication, professionalism and customer service provided. My wife was even nit-picky about a design issue and all it took was a phone call with Jake and it was fixed the next day! I would highly recommend Irreco to anyone with landscaping needs. Already talking to them about quoting our next project. Lastly, it was really nice to meet the owner of the company (Aaron) for final walkthrough (they dont just take your money and run). Very personable and seemed to really care about my back yard. Both Aaron and Jake treated my backyard like it was their own, which is all I could ever ask.
