Imo's Pizza

Late in life, Ive discovered Imos Pizza. We get delivery from Imos quite a lot. Their chef salads are fantastic, their sandwiches are also very good, the pizzas are a St. Louis tradition, and their spaghetti Bolognese is one of the best kept secrets of St. Louis cuisine. Believe it or not, Ive had their spaghetti Bolognese multiple times, and every single time it is served perfectly prepared al dente. The portion is larger enough. I usually just eat half and save the other half for later. Imos has been around a long time. I hope they continue to be a tradition in St. Louis.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My coworker literally just placed an order for deliver so I called right after her and all of a sudden they are not doing deliveries even though the delivery driver has to come to this location anyway. Yall suck and service is horrible and I would never ever try to order from you ever again in this lifetime nor the next! Trash!!!!! Stay away. Hampton location is way better anyway.

My first time trying Lasagna last night was greasy and noodle stuck on the pan Burnt garlic bread was greasy but dry and hard had the nerves to drop me An extra one over top of my food. I'd never experienced terrible service. Never at this location but I did notice they have a lot of new cooks. And only if I can share my pictures and show everyone I email them and never receive Feedback
