First disaster if been involved in and had no idea what to expect from mitigation team. Quite frankly I wasnt expecting what I got. Devin and his team (Paula) from Paul Davis were great. I had a ton of questions regarding what to expect and what they were going to do and everything got answered. Execution of the plan (getting everything dry) went as planned. Drywall was removed, sections of carpet and hardwood floor was removed and air circulators and dehumidifiers were placed. What a mess. BUT they cleaned it up and made things orderly while the drying was taking place. After the drying was finished, they came back and removed everything that was used for drying. There were plenty of other things they did to get to the end process and it was all done very professionally. Where can I put 6 stars? I just hope the rebuild process goes as well.
